I agree to the “TRY BEFORE YOU BUY” terms and conditions and understand that I have 48 hours to decide on which items I will purchase.
The items I have chosen to have sent to me are Fedex’ed on approval against my uncharged credit card (not debit).

This Service is available throughout the USA and I will see a pending hold on the amount shipped with the shipping included. A signature will be required upon delivery.

An initial service charge of $100 will be charged prior to shipping as well as an amount equivalent to the price of each item.
A maximum of 3 pieces will be shipped out per order.

If an item(s) is purchased, the $100 service charge will be refunded and the collateral amount held will be released
upon receipt of the balance of gowns at the location specified below if shipped within the 48 hour period.

There will be free shipping on items purchased from the TBYB service.

EMILcouture LTD uses FedEx for delivery within the U.S. and international destinations.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO addresses.


  • All TRY BEFORE YOU BUY orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by FedEx.
  • Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service and may require an additional day for delivery
  • All purchases shipped to a California address will be charged current applicable sales tax.


  • EMILcouture LTD considers all orders made from outside the United States to be International.
  • The Try Before You Buy Program is available in most international locations. Please contact a couture specialist for more details.
  • Duties, customs or taxes are not included. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. There are no refunds or exchanges for International Customers.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 48 hour period and the items sent back must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.

There may be a restocking fee of 25% for items returned in a condition other than shipped, 50% restocking fee if repairs are necessary and a full price charge if the garments are in an unsellable condition.

Please be advised that EMILcouture LTD is not responsible for:

Delays in shipment due to incorrectly entered addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address is correctly entered. Please note: Larger cities have multiple zip codes and if the correct zip is not entered it can delay the arrival of a package by at least a day.

Packages going to large businesses or buildings that have been duly signed for by the receptionist, clerk or attendant, and are then subsequently delayed or mislaid


Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed.
